Kimball Electronics Mexico (KEMX) recently witnessed a heartwarming display of support and teamwork through a special initiative by the Industrial Engineering team.

The team organized a food pantry for Adad, a KEMX production operator facing health challenges.

The event featured an emotional message delivered by Lead Engineer, Normando, outlining the purpose of the initiative and expressing the team's hope to continue supporting KEMX members in difficult situations. The food pantry, entirely voluntary, brought employees together in a collective effort to demonstrate compassion and solidarity.

This KEMX employee is the second beneficiary of this ongoing project, launched in December 2023 with the intention of becoming a monthly activity. This initiative beautifully exemplifies the embodiment of Kimball Electronics' Guiding Principles, showcasing our global commitment to fostering a supportive and caring environment for employees.
