Kathy Thomson, Vice President of Business Development and Design Services for Kimball Electronics, lauded the phenomenal work ethic and resilience of Kimball Electronics team members during an industry partner interview last week. Kathy participated in an interview with Phil Stoten of Scoop Communications in a series called EMS@C-Level last week where she discussed the impact of COVID-19 at Kimball Electronics.
“Our team across the globe is extremely resilient. It helps that our purpose is to create quality for life. A lot of work that we do supports that, so it resonates with our people. The people who are courageous and not able to work from home and continue to work at our plants, their spirit and their attitudes are amazing. We’ve done everything we can to keep them safe in terms of distancing and zoning. The sanitation, the cleanliness, the masks. Everything that’s been recommended, we’re following those guidelines and listening to our people. If they have ideas to make them feel safer, we listen to those and implement as many as we can.” - Kathy Thomson, Vice President of Business Development and Design Services for Kimball Electronics
