Recently, employees from Kimball Electronics Indianapolis (KEIND) generously donated 61 hours of their time to support the Million Meal Movement, an initiative that addresses food insecurity while promoting the value of volunteerism.

The KEIND team worked together to package 9,500 rice casserole meals, which will soon be distributed to local food banks across Indiana to help families in need.

The Million Meal Movement has a dual mission: to provide nutritious meals to those facing hunger in Indiana and to educate individuals about the importance of community involvement. By combining meal packaging with volunteer education, the organization fosters a spirit of giving that goes beyond the immediate impact of the food provided.

Kimball Electronics Indianapolis’ participation in the event exemplifies the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement. By contributing their time and energy to initiatives like the Million Meal Movement, KEIND employees demonstrate the core values of Kimball Electronics and the company’s ongoing dedication to making a positive impact in the communities it serves.
