The Chiba Prefecture Physically Handicapped Children Association is located within the Chiba Prefectural Social Welfare Center in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

"The Association's main activities include supporting activities for physically handicapped children and lending children's wheelchairs," says Global Equipment Services (GES) Japan's Koshu Takane. "Our donation will be used to purchase wheelchairs for children."
