The 2023 Kimball Electronics Global Leadership Summit was held in Chicago last week, and global leaders were in attendance.

 

    

 

Kimball Electronics' Global Business Development and IT teams, representing leadership from locations throughout the world, also met in Chicago.

 

The overarching theme of the week had one focus – Winning Together, the Kimball Way. Presentations during the Global Leadership Summit included discussions on strategic vision and planning process, an operations overview, a growth outlook, business case studies, leadership development opportunities, breakout sessions on various business topics, and Q&A panels with the executive team.

 

"This past week was full of collaboration, strategizing, and planning what is next for Kimball Electronics.
