Kimball Electronics recently divided $5,000 in giving among four local worthy causes: Southwestern Indiana Child Advocacy Center Coalition (SWICACC), Community Food Bank, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and Community Child Hunger Ending Workshop (C.H.E.W.).

Community CHEW serves families in Dubois County by hosting family nights throughout the summer and grocery events year-round. CHEW's mission is to love, serve, feed, and inspire. CASA consists of volunteers trained to represent the best interests of children. SWICACC provides forensic interviewing services to children reporting abuse. Community Food Bank provides food to those in need.

 

"We hold these organizations near and dear, and we love all that they do for our community," says HR Administrative Assistant Hannah Stemply. "We are very thankful to have the opportunity to give back to them to show our appreciation and support for all they do."
