Employees donated their time to deliver items such as food, toys, and hygiene products to the facility.

TMTRD, which is a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO), established full-scale shelter centers that take care of stray, sick and disabled dogs. Michael J. Baines is the president and co-founder. He is a Swedish entrepreneur who moved to Thailand and opened his restaurant in Bangsaen, Chonburi, Thailand, in 2011, where he started his mission of rescuing and controlling the stray dog population.

TMTRD raises awareness about the issues surrounding stray animals, their causes, and their impact on society. This is done to foster a sense of responsibility towards society and their own pets.

Besides helping the dogs, KETL also supports this NGO to enhance workforce relations, promote positive employee relationships, and cultivate a better quality of life within the community.
