World Environment Day is supported by many non-governmental organizations, businesses, and government entities, and represents the primary United Nations outreach day supporting the environment.

Kimball Electronics locations around the globe celebrate Earth Day in April and / or World Environment Day (June 5). Here's how the employees at Global Equipment Services (GES) China recognized World Environment Day:

• Organized a "litter collection" around their building to enhance staff awareness of environmental protection.
