Kimball Electronics (Nasdaq: KE) today announced the acquisition of Helvoet Polymer Technologies B.V., a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Europe with operations in India focused on microfluidics, diagnostics, and drug delivery.
The acquisition represents an important step in Kimball Electronics' strategy to expand its CMO capabilities and strengthen its position in the medical industry. Over the past several years, the Company has taken deliberate actions to streamline operations, strengthen its balance sheet, and build a foundation for future growth.
